Michael, a long time resident of the Outer Banks, takes pride in calling these barrier islands his home. Having nearly 40 years of real estate experience, he has closed 1,000+ transactions to-date representing both buyers and sellers. He has consistently maintained a high sales volume at Sun Realty and volunteers his time engaged in positions on committees, both state and local levels of NC REALTOR® associations.
Hannah, born and raised here on the Outer Banks, also has a unique appreciation for the area and what it has to offer full time residents, families, and vacationers alike. Initially a teacher in Dare County, her desire to grow the Outer Banks community and commerce led her to join Michael as a REALTOR® on his team.
